RULES FOR THE CONTEST

Grand 1xReign Contest

1. TERMS AND DEFINITIONS

The Contest refers to the Grand 1xReign contest held by the Organizer under these Rules. If participation in the Contest is prohibited under the laws of your country of residence or citizenship, please leave this Landing Page immediately.

Landing Page is the official website of the Contest, 1xaffiliatesgiveaway.com, used to register Participants and provide information about the Contest.

Participant is a partner who has registered to participate in the Contest via the Landing Page and meets all the requirements set forth in these Rules. Participation in the Contest constitutes your full agreement, as the Participant, to these Rules.

Organizer is TROSTIAN INNOVATIONS LTD, registration number 2138701, registered at: Intershore Chambers, Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands, which conducts the Contest in accordance with these Rules.

Official sources of the Organizer are the official communication channels of 1xAffiliates, including: Telegram: https://t.me/News_XPartners.

The Registration form is a form to be filled out by a partner on the Landing Page and contains all necessary information and confirmations.

Shortlist is a list of 6 (six) Contest Finalists, compiled based on the total number of X-Chances accumulated: 3 (three) Participants from each of the Pro and Rising categories who have accumulated the highest number of X-Chances over the entire duration of the Contest. Finalists participate in the Final Draw.

X-Chance is a unit of measurement for the Participant’s probability of winning. Every 10 FTDs accumulated during the Contest period are equal to 1 X-Chance. The number of accumulated X-Chances is calculated only based on FTDs generated after registration in the Contest.

FTD (First Time Deposit) is a metric indicating the number of first-time deposits generated by a partner during a specified period.

Round is a weekly prize drawing among Participants who have accumulated X-Chances.

Randomizer is a software or mechanical tool used to select winners randomly.

Booth is the Organizer’s booth at the Sigma conference, which will take place on November 3, 2026, in Rome, Italy.

Finalists are Participants included on the Shortlist.

Final Prizes are gifts awarded to the Finalists who place 1st (first), 2nd (second), and 3rd (third) in each of the two Contest categories: Pro and Rising, which are awarded after the Final Draw on November 3, 2026, at the Booth, unless the Organizer subsequently announces a different location and time in a letter to the Finalists.

Crypto Prizes are cash prizes in cryptocurrency (USDT) awarded to the winners of each of the four Rounds of the Contest in the amounts specified in Clauses 6.2.1 and 6.2.2 of the Rules.

Final Draw is the concluding stage of the Contest, which will take place online. Participants included on the Shortlist will take part in the Final Draw. Based on the Final Draw results, the winners will be determined and awarded the corresponding Final Prizes.

Fraudulent traffic is traffic that is considered fraudulent as defined in the Partner Agreement at https://1xbetaffiliates.net/terms-and-conditions/.

Branded traffic is traffic generated using the brand names “1x,” “1xBet,” “1xAffiliates,” “1xPartners,” their variations, misspellings, and combinations with other words, including through SEO, PPC, and other advertising tools. The use of Branded traffic in the Contest is prohibited.

2. GENERAL PROVISIONS

2.1. The Contest is open to Participants from all countries, unless otherwise specified by the Organizer. However, participation in the Contest is permitted only if such participation is not prohibited by or in conflict with the applicable laws of the Participant’s jurisdiction. Each Participant is solely responsible for verifying the legality of their participation in the Contest in accordance with the laws of their jurisdiction.

2.2. The Contest will take place from October 1 to October 29, 2026. Registration for the Contest opens on September 24, 2026, and closes on September 28, 2026, at 23:59 (GMT+2). Applications submitted after the registration deadline will not be accepted for participation in the Contest.

3. TERMS OF PARTICIPATION

3.1. Partners who fall into one of the following categories are eligible to participate in the Contest:

3.1.1. Pro category:

  • A partner is registered in the Organizer’s affiliate program in accordance with the terms of the Partnership Agreement, available at the following link: https://1xbetaffiliates.net/terms-and-conditions/, through September 30, 2025, inclusive.
  • A partner has at least 200 FTDs for the period from September 1, 2026, through September 30, 2026.

3.1.2. Rising category:

  • A partner is registered in the Organizer’s affiliate program in accordance with the terms of the Partnership Agreement, available at the following link: https://1xbetaffiliates.net/terms-and-conditions/, after October 1, 2025.
  • A partner has at least 50 FTDs for the period from September 1, 2026, to September 30, 2026.

3.2. To register as a Participant, a partner must complete the Registration Form on the Contest Landing Page, providing their email address, ID, and the partner’s name, as well as confirmation of their presence at the Booth. Participant status is granted after successful registration and the Organizer’s confirmation that all participation requirements have been met, including verification of eligibility for the Pro or Rising category.

3.3. The Organizer reserves the right, at any time during the Contest period, to change the category assigned to the Participant if it determines that the Participant does not meet, or no longer meets, the requirements of the relevant category.

3.4. To receive the Final Prize, the Participant must be present in person or ensure that an authorized representative is present at the Booth.

3.5. The time and place for the presentation of the Final Prizes will be communicated to the Finalists via email sent to the address provided during registration on the Landing Page.

3.6. A Partner may register as the Participant only once. If a Partner registers multiple Participants in their own name, the Organizer reserves the right to disqualify those Participants and retain only the first Participant registered.

3.7. Participation in the Contest is voluntary and free of charge.

3.8. If the Participant decides to withdraw from the Contest, the Participant must notify the Organizer via email at [email protected] of their decision to withdraw from the Contest. In such a case, all X-Chances credited to the Participant will be canceled and cannot be reinstated. 

4. PROCEDURES FOR CONDUCTING THE CONTEST

4.1. During the Contest period, Participants earn X-Chances by generating FTDs (10 FTDs = 1 X-Chance). The number of accumulated X-Chances determines the probability of winning the Final Draw: the greater the total number of X-Chances accumulated during the Contest period, the higher the probability of winning the Final Draw. All accumulated X-Chances are totaled before the end of the Contest and do not expire.

4.2. When calculating X-Chances, the Organizer takes into account only FTDs recognized as valid under the Partnership Agreement. The Organizer reserves the right to disregard FTDs resulting from Fraudulent and/or Branded traffic and to exclude such FTDs from the calculation of X-Chances.

4.3. The Contest is held separately in two categories: Pro and Rising. For each category, a separate ranking of participants is compiled, and separate intermediate Rounds are held, with different Final Prizes awarded.

4.4. During the Contest period, the Organizer will hold 4 (four) Rounds on the following dates:

  • October 8, 2026;
  • October 15, 2026;
  • October 22, 2026;
  • October 29, 2026.

4.5. The winners of each Round are determined using the Randomizer, with one winner selected separately in each of the Pro and Rising categories from among the Participants who, at the time of the respective Round, have the number of X-Chances specified below.

4.6. The minimum number of FTDs required to participate in each Round is as follows:

4.6.1. Pro category:

  • Round 1: at least 50 FTDs;
  • Round 2: at least 100 FTDs;
  • Round 3: at least 150 FTDs;
  • Round 4: at least 200 FTDs.

4.6.2. Rising category:

  • Round 1: at least 10 FTDs;
  • Round 2: at least 20 FTDs;
  • Round 3: at least 30 FTDs;
  • Round 4: at least 40 FTDs.

4.7. The Organizer will publish a list of the winners of each Round on its official channels.

4.8. Receiving the Crypto Prize in any of the Rounds does not disqualify the Participant from further participation in the Contest. Such a Participant continues to accumulate X-Chances and retains the right to participate in the subsequent Rounds, as well as in the Final Draw.

4.9. The Crypto Prize will be sent to the crypto account of the winner of the corresponding Round within 10 (ten) business days from the date the Organizer receives the crypto wallet details of the Round winner.

4.10. Round winners will receive a notification at the email address provided during Contest registration to confirm the information required to receive the Crypto Prize. The Crypto Prize will be sent to the Participant after confirmation of their contact information, verification of the Participant’s identity, and verification of their crypto wallet details and currency.

4.11. If the winner of the Round fails to provide the Organizer with the information necessary to award the Crypto Prize or fails to respond to an email from the Organizer sent to the email address provided during the Contest registration before the end of the Contest period, the Organizer has the right to deem such winner to have declined the Crypto Prize. In such a case, the Crypto Prize will not be awarded, and the Organizer shall be entitled to dispose of it at its discretion.

5. FINAL DRAW

5.1. The Shortlist is compiled based on the results of the Contest. The Shortlist is approved and recorded by the Organizer in the database after the Contest period ends.

5.2. If two or more Participants have the same number of X-Chances, the Finalist is determined by the number of FTDs. If the number of FTDs for these Participants is also the same, their order in the ranking is determined by the Organizer using a randomizer. The Participant selected first by the Randomizer will be ranked higher, and the remaining Participants will be ranked in the order determined by the Randomizer.

5.3. The Shortlist will be published in the tournament leaderboard on the Landing Page, while ensuring the confidentiality of the Finalists’ information.

5.4. Finalists will receive an email with detailed instructions on further verification and participation in the Final Draw.

5.5. The Finalist’s personal presence at the Booth when receiving the Final Prize is a mandatory requirement. If the Finalist notifies the Organizer that they are unable to be present in person to receive the Final Prize, that Finalist shall be deemed to have forfeited their status as the Finalist. In such a case, the Organizer has the right to remove the relevant Finalist from the Shortlist and replace them with the next-ranked Participant immediately following that Finalist. If the Finalist declines their status as the Finalist after the Final Draw has taken place, the Organizer has the right to withhold that Finalist’s Final Prize.

5.6. If the Finalist declines their status as the Finalist, that Finalist is no longer eligible to participate in the Final Draw or to receive any Final Prize as part of that Final Draw.

5.7. The Final Draw will be held online on the Organizer’s official channels.

5.8. If the Finalist cannot be present in person to receive the Final Prize, the Finalist may send a representative to be present at the Booth and receive the Final Prize, provided the Organizer approves the representative in advance.
If neither the Finalist nor their representative is present at the Booth to receive the Final Prize, that Finalist shall be deemed to have forfeited their status as the Finalist.

5.9. The winners of the Final Prizes are determined during the Final Draw, separately for the Pro and Rising categories. For each category, the winners of 3rd, 2nd, and 1st place are determined in that order. Each Finalist’s probability of winning is determined by the number of X-Chances they have accumulated over the entire duration of the Contest. The winners of the Final Prizes are determined using the Randomizer. The results of the Final Draw are announced publicly.

5.10. Once the Finalist has been declared the winner of the corresponding Final Prize, that Finalist is excluded from subsequent drawings for the Final Prizes within that category.

5.11. Winners of the preliminary Rounds are eligible to participate in the Final Draw.

5.12. The Final Prizes will be awarded to the winners on November 3, 2026, at the Booth. If a representative of the Finalist accepts a Final prize, that representative must present documents confirming their authority, if the Organizer requires such documents.

6. PRIZES

6.1. The Contest’s prize pool includes Crypto Prizes and Final Prizes.

6.2. Prizes for the Round winners:

6.2.1. 4 (four) Crypto Prizes for the Pro category:

  • Round 1: winner receives the Crypto Prize of 1,500 USDT;
  • Round 2: winner receives the Crypto Prize of 2,000 USDT;
  • Round 3: winner receives the Crypto Prize of 2,500 USDT;
  • Round 4: winner receives the Crypto Prize of 3,000 USDT.

6.2.2. 4 (four) Crypto Prizes for the Rising category:

  • Round 1: winner receives the Crypto Prize of 1,000 USDT;
  • Round 2: winner receives the Crypto Prize of 1,500 USDT;
  • Round 3: winner receives the Crypto Prize of 2,000 USDT;
  • Round 4: winner receives the Crypto Prize of 2,500 USDT. 

6.2.3. The total prize pool for the Rounds is 16,000 USDT.

6.3. Prizes for Finalists:

6.3.1. Final Prizes for Finalists in the Pro category:

  • 1st place: a Rolex watch and a Gucci case;
  • 2nd place: a Fujifilm digital camera;
  • 3rd place: a Louis Vuitton travel bag.

6.3.2. Final Prizes for Finalists in the Rising category:

  • 1st place: a Breitling watch;
  • 2nd place: a Prada backpack;
  • 3rd place: Apple Vision Pro glasses.

6.3.3. A total of 6 (six) Final Prizes are available as part of the Final Draw.

6.4. The Organizer assumes no liability for any prize from the moment the Crypto Prize is sent to the crypto wallet provided by the winner or from the moment the Final Prize is awarded to the winner (or the winner’s representative).

6.5. Images, photographs, and descriptions of prizes posted on the Contest Landing Page and/or in the Organizer’s Official Sources are for illustrative purposes only. The Organizer does not guarantee that the prize awarded will fully correspond to the image or description.

6.6. The Organizer has the right, at its sole discretion, to determine the specific prize, including, without limitation, its specifications, configuration, model, size, category, and other characteristics, and reserves the right to substitute any prize with a cash equivalent in USDT, another cryptocurrency, or another form of payment, based on the value of the relevant prize on the date of replacement or with a prize of equal or greater value if the specified prize is unavailable. Such a replacement shall not be considered a violation of the Contest terms and conditions and does not entitle Participants to demand the originally announced prize.

7. RIGHTS AND GUARANTEES

7.1. The Organizer reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify the Participant at any stage of the Contest, including, but not limited to, the following cases:

  • The Participant has violated the Terms and Conditions of Participation in the Contest, specifically Section 3 of these Rules;
  • The Participant has provided inaccurate, incomplete, or false information during registration or while participating in the Contest;
  • The Partner has registered multiple Participants for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage in the Contest;
  • The Participant uses Fraudulent and/or Branded traffic;
  • The Participant manipulates the number of FTDs, X-Chances, or the results of the Rounds or Finals.

7.2. The Participant warrants that:

  • all information provided by them in connection with their participation in the Contest is complete, accurate, and current as of the date of submission;
  • they have read these Rules, fully understand them, accept them unconditionally, and agree to comply with their provisions;
  • the email address provided by the Participant is used exclusively by the Participant personally, and third parties do not have access to such email address;
  • all actions performed using the Participant’s login credentials are carried out by the Participant personally or by the Participant’s authorized representative in the cases provided for in these Rules.

7.3. The Organizer’s decisions made in connection with verifying compliance with these Rules, determining the Participant’s eligibility for the Contest, awarding X-Chances, compiling the Shortlist, and selecting the winners are final and binding on all Participants.

8. DISCLAIMERS

8.1. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Organizer and its representatives shall not be liable for:

  • any technical failures, malfunctions, or disruptions in the operation of the Landing Page, software, servers, the Internet, or equipment;
  • the Participant’s inability to participate in the Contest for reasons beyond the Organizer’s control, including technical, organizational, or other circumstances;
  • any statements, representations, terms, or warranties regarding the prizes, except for warranties or terms established by law that cannot be excluded;
  • the safety of the prizes after they have been awarded to the Participants;
  • any loss, delay, non-receipt, damage, illegibility, or unreadability of prize notifications or other communications related to this Contest;
  • any errors made by the Participant when providing crypto wallet details, selecting a transfer network, currency, or other information necessary for the transfer of the Crypto Prize;
  • any taxes, fees, charges, or other expenses that winners may incur in connection with winning prizes;
  • any expenses incurred by the Finalists in connection with their in-person attendance at the Booth to receive the Final Prizes, including, but not limited to, expenses for visas, transportation, airfare, insurance, lodging, meals, and other related expenses;
  • any consequences incurred by the Participant as a result of participating in the Contest from a jurisdiction in which such participation is prohibited or restricted by applicable law.

8.2. The fact that the Organizer verifies the accuracy of the information provided by the Participant does not imply approval, confirmation, or agreement with its content. The Organizer has the right, but is not obligated, to verify the accuracy of any information provided by the Participants. The Participant is solely and fully responsible for the accuracy, timeliness, and correctness of the data provided. In the event that incorrect or outdated information is provided (including, but not limited to, crypto wallet details, wallet address, transfer network, currency name, information about the crypto exchange, or contact information), all risks and consequences associated with such errors shall be borne solely by the Participant.

8.3. Manufacturers, suppliers, brand owners, and event organizers (including cryptocurrency exchanges) whose goods or services are used as prizes are not sponsors, co-organizers, or partners of the Contest, unless otherwise expressly stated by the Organizer.

8.4. The Organizer shall not be liable for any failure to award the Final Prize due to reasons related to the Finalist’s or their representative’s failure to appear, the Finalist’s refusal to accept the status of Finalist, or the winner’s failure to comply with the requirements of these Rules.

9. PERSONAL DATA

9.1. By taking part in the Contest, the Participant consents to the Organizer’s processing of their personal data for the purposes of conducting the Contest.

9.2. By registering for the Contest, the Participant consents to being photographed and filmed while receiving the Final Prize, as well as to the Organizer’s use of the resulting photos and videos for promotional and informational purposes, including their publication on the Organizer’s official websites, social media accounts, and other informational resources, without payment of additional compensation. The Organizer may use such photos and videos for advertising purposes.

9.3. The Organizer agrees to process personal data in accordance with applicable law.

10. FINAL PROVISIONS

10.1. Any disputes, disagreements, or claims arising in connection with the conduct of the Contest or the application of these Rules shall be resolved through negotiations with the Organizer as the primary method of dispute resolution.

10.2. These Rules take effect upon publication and remain in effect until the Organizer has fully fulfilled its obligations regarding the conduct of the Contest.

10.3. The Organizer reserves the right at any time to cancel the Contest, suspend its conduct, and make changes and/or additions to these Rules, provided that Participants are notified of such changes and additions by email and by posting the updated version on the Contest Landing Page. Participation in the Contest after the publication of such changes shall be deemed full and unconditional acceptance of those changes.
